Work vests typically have specific features such as reflective strips, pockets for tools, and durable materials like canvas or denim. If the vest in question has these features, then it may indeed look like a work vest. However, if it lacks these characteristics and resembles more of a fashion or casual vest, then it may not be perceived as a work vest. **

When choosing a vest for metal detecting, it's important to consider comfort, durability, and functionality. Look for a vest with adjustable straps and padding to ensure a comfortable fit during long hours of use. Additionally, choose a vest with multiple pockets and compartments to easily organize and access your metal detecting tools and finds. It's also beneficial to select a vest made of water-resistant and durable material to withstand outdoor conditions. Lastly, consider a vest with additional features such as loops for hanging tools or a built-in hydration system for added convenience. **
